The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.
Note: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items unless the product is defective or damaged during transit.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged:
